第一段從英格堡出發(Engelberg)到特里布湖(Trubsee)，將需花15分鐘。是6人座的纜車，記得坐青天白日滿地紅國旗的纜車。 2.
第二段從特里布湖(Trubsee)前往標高2450M的史坦德(Stand)，將花5分鐘。在特里布湖這，有幾條山林布道可走，可花半小時左右在這走走。 3.
第三段從史坦德(Stand)登上3020M鐵力士山頂。將是搭坐360度的Rotiar纜車。 n
皮拉圖斯山 Mt.Pilatus. (4 hours, http://www.pilatus.com) 1.
第一種路線是在市區坐1號線巴士往林德or克利恩斯再走5分鐘去搭纜車。 2.
第二種路線搭船or

大夏戴克(Grosse
Scheidegg)，搭巴士約30分，跟上格林戴爾華德冰河同一方向，上方有溫特宏峰北顛逼近，狀觀無比，上午背光的高山大多位於周邊一帶。 4.
修魯夫特冰河(Gletscher
Schlucht)，由巴士中繼站搭村內巴士約20分鐘，下車徒步1分鐘。 5.
普菲克修特克(Pfingstegg)，可坐公車or徒步約20分，再搭纜車約5分就可抵達位於梅登柏克山腰的普菲克修特克，由此可健行前往修魯夫特冰河，及上、下冰河。 n
6/20少女峰 Jungfrau (http://jungfrau.ch)，歐洲屋脊(Top of Europe) 1.
從Grindelwald車站坐第一班威根阿爾普鐵路(WAB)火車到小夏戴克(Kleine Scheidegg)換少女峰鐵路(JB)約50分鐘抵達少女峰車站。經地下通道搭專用電梯上斯芬克斯瞭望台(Sphinx
Observatory)，有時間可去登迷你艾格峰，大約花SFr.10，往回少女峰車站方可到冰宮及普拉特露台走走。 2.
回程坐JB到小夏戴克(Kleine Scheidegg)，可以開始健行之旅。位於小夏戴克(Kleine
Scheidegg)前方有個小夏戴克暸望台，可遠眺艾格峰。往梅利菲(Mannlichen)約2小時半，最後抵達威根(Wengen)可坐纜車只需5分鐘。 3.
威根(Wengen)可以遠望少女峰壯觀美景。其後坐WAB抵達勞特布魯尼(Lauterbrunnen)。在勞特布魯尼車站徒步15分可抵達修塔布巴哈瀑布(Staubbach Falle)，是號稱歐洲第二落差的瀑布。可以搭對面纜車車站搭郵政巴士10分鐘，到圖魯梅爾巴哈瀑布(Trummelbach
falle)。 4.
勞特布魯尼(Lauterbrunnen)可搭柏克鐵路(BLM)到葛魯奇阿爾普(Grutschalp)，假如有時間可健行到繆倫(Murren)約1小時40分鐘。沒時間可直接坐火車到繆倫(Murren)。 5.
繆倫(Murren)可以眺望艾格峰、僧侶峰、少女峰等三座名山，可沿著山中小屋造型的村莊漫步。之後可搭纜車到阿爾梅特夫貝爾之丘(Almendhubel)，來回約SFr.12，步行約40分。 6.

6/21、22、23 遮馬特 Zermatt (馬特洪峰 Matterhorn) n
6/21遮馬特觀光，班郝夫大道à山岳博物館à天主教堂à教會附屬墓地à菲斯帕河畔à防鼠小屋，夜宿YH。 n
6/22早起到找到好景點拍馬特洪峰日出 (橋上) 1.
回遮馬特火車站à搭第一班GGB(7:05 am)約45分鐘上高納葛拉特瞭望台(請坐右手邊，這邊才能看到馬特洪峰)à然後坐到羅登波登站，開上早上的健行之旅，由羅登波登沿著坡道往下前往利非爾湖(約5分鐘)，周圍應該會有很多山羊，假如天氣不錯的話，可以拍到到映在湖裡的馬特洪峰，在後方還有一座比較不會受風影響的小湖，看到映在湖裡的馬特洪峰機會比較大。之後往利菲爾堡方向走，大約30分會走到小型禮拜堂，抵達利菲爾堡後，可以小歇一下，喝杯咖啡，吃點東西，準備下午的史尼加健行。 2.
(約3小時)下午回遮馬特火車站搭地下纜車到史尼加，再搭纜車登至布勞赫德、下羅特洪峰，之後坐高空索道回到布勞赫德展開3座各異其趣的湖泊健行之旅。從布勞赫德往修特利湖前進，背著馬特洪峰走，和緩的斜坡走起來應該滿舒服，假如天氣好，也可以看到倒映湖面的馬特洪峰，湖邊綻放著各種高山植物、花。然後往夫爾阿爾普前進，途中道路分二邊，右邊的道路會比較寬敞，左邊會比較崎嶇，但不管那條都可以走到夫爾阿爾普。到夫爾阿爾普可以小歇一下，可以吃到香噴噴香腸及溫暖的湯。休息完起身往葛林吉湖方向走，在這途中可以眺望芬德倫冰河的冰漬，但道路也跟著變窄，小心腳步，下坡路段就比較好走，且右手邊就可以看到葛林茲湖。離開葛林茲湖前往第三座湖泊-萊伊湖，最後回史尼加，可在露天咖啡座休息一下，順便好好再次體驗馬特洪峰一眼。 3.

6/23遮馬特觀光，把6/21沒玩到到的or想補拍的景點 or Shopping。然後由遮馬特(Zermatt)坐冰河特快車or BVZ公司的火車到(Brig)，然後到蒙投(Montreux)。 1.
假如時間許可，中途可在錫永(Sion)下車休息，而錫永的象徵是型狀宛如駱駝峰的2座山丘—特比庸之丘及瓦雷爾之丘。瓦雷爾之丘上矗立著12~13世紀興建教堂，內部的管風琴是世界上可演奏的管風琴中最老一座。市政有座12星座的天文時鐘。還有殘留至今的中世紀城牆之一的魔女塔(Tour des Sorciers)，往南走位於艾南山谷的艾瓦雷，是座以黑色落葉松建造的房舍之樸實小村，有瑞士祕境之稱！ From: Zermatt Date: Th, 23.06.05 Time: 08:15 (Departure) To: Brig
